Short Breaks

The panel in the cottage details shows which properties are available for short break holidays of three nights or more. Three types of short break are available:

AY - All Year Round Short Breaks

Bookable any time. Available for all dates except Bank Holiday weeks.

WB - Winter Breaks

Bookable any time. Available:

Oct 29 2005 – Apr 8 2006
(excluding Christmas and New Year weeks and Feb 12-19, 2005).

OS - Off-Season Breaks

Bookable within one month of the start date. Available:
Feb 12 – Feb 19 2005
Apr 9 – May 28 2005
Sep 17 – Oct 22 2005

LM - Last-Minute Breaks

Bookable within one week of the start date.
Available all year round.

Note: Smaller Party and Winter Booking Reductions do not apply to short breaks.

Winter Booking Reductions

Where this panel appears, a 20% reduction on the weekly holiday price applies in the following periods:
Oct 30 2004 – Mar 19 2005
Oct 29 2005 – Apr 8 2006
(excluding Christmas and New Year weeks and Feb 12-19, 2005).

Note: The Winter Booking Reduction may not be applied in conjunction with any other reduction and does not apply to short breaks.

Smaller Party Reductions

The panel in the cottage details shows properties at which a Smaller Party Reduction applies.
A reduction of 25% on the weekly holiday price will be made if the total party size does not exceed the number shown in the offer panel. Babies aged under two sleeping in cots do not count in the party total. These discounts apply only to holidays of one week or more between the following dates:
Sep 18 2004 - May 28 2005
Sep 17 2005 - May 27 2006
(excluding Christmas and New Year weeks and the Easter holiday weeks).
